La fitness blogger olandese Imre Çeçen ha riempito il suo profilo Instagram di selfie doppi per raccontare (svergognare?) la realtà dietro l'apparenza degli autoscatti social.
 

‼️DIFFERENT KIND OF "KEEP IT REAL"‼️ I know some people are all done with the "keep it real" pictures so I thought I'd try a new one???? I find this one kinda hilarious????chilling by the pool instagram vs real life???? . Anyone familiar with the concept of having all "normal" legs when you're standing but as soon as you sit down they transform into huge piles of meat????????? Why is it that those 2 sticks we use to walk expand to the size of Texas whenever they touch a chair????? . This is the most NORMAL thing ever yet us girls seem to be so self conscious about it???? Hello! Your legs are being pushed against a surface, they are supposed to expand! This doesn't mean you're fat???????? Even muscle will just look like a huge shapeless pile of meat when there's no flexing involved???? If you don't want your legs to expand maybe invest in stone legs!⛰⛏ I'd choose marble ones???????????? . We've just lost touch with reality because on the internet all we see are those freaking hot dog legs???? I am guilty of posting those too! Yet even I wondered on my last vacay why my legs were so "big" when I sat down. ???? . Thought I'd take a good comparison pic and I'm pretty sure I've got a hernia now???? Creating that thighgap & skinny legs feel was real hard???? I had to arch my back like crazy, hold my legs up (serious ab work was involved) and had to sit on the edge of the pool which caused me to almost fall. Both my camera & I would have drowned in the sadness of insta perfection (I would survive the water though, I can swim!????????) To people who do sit like this in real life; I admire your core strenght & willpower! . Yep, that's the truth behind poolside hotdog pics. Truth be told I'd much rather sit like that right pic whilst enjoying an actual hotdog???? What is your fave poolside snack? Kinda wanted to hold a piece of watermelon whilst taking this but it turns out that's only for advanced instagram posing???? I couldn't hold myself up, flex them abs, hold a watermelon & take pics at the same time???? Guess I better start practicing for my next vacay!???????? . Ps. I don't think there's anything wrong with the way my legs look in the pic on the right. Just showing you the difference! ???? vs ???? = both yummy????????

La tendenza che piano piano sta contagiando anche i colossi - vedi Asos che ha detto no ai ritocchi Photoshop e le celeb riunite degli hashtag #nomakeup, #makeupfree e #nomakeupmovement - ha tra le sue più ironiche portavoce Imre Çeçen, fitness blogger olandese che sul suo profilo Instagram da 346mila follower si fa beffa degli artifici e dimostra quanto siano fittizi i modelli (d'inarrivabile) perfezione che traboccano sui profili. Il primo della serie? Il thigh gap (lo spazio tra le cosce), immortalato in due pose diverse, che, per la cronaca dipende anzitutto dalla struttura ossea. Tradotto: per quanto magre alcune donne non lo vedranno mai.

A proposito del belfie, il selfie del lato B che spopola sui social ormai da un paio d'anni e tra le curve perfette di Emily Ratajkowski e quelle a clessidra (cellulite esclusa) di Kim Kardashian - che ha contribuito ad impennare del 30%, negli Usa, gli interventi per sfoggiare il Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) - ecco la realtà di Imre Çeçen, una che dell'attività fisica (e presumibilmente anche degli esercizi per rassodare i glutei) ha fatto la sua professione.

NOT NECESSARY AT ALL!???????? . Let me tell you one thing; it's 100% normal that your body looks different when the lighting changes. It happens to all of us since we simply can't bring that "perfect" lighting around with us. The reason why it seems like all "insta models" do look "amazing" all the time is just cause they only post pictures with lighting that they like????????‍♀️ . I like my body equally in these pictures, simply cause both are my body and both are beautiful???? Ok except for the fact that my eyes make me look like a demon on the left???? It's probably cause I'd died from flexing too hard???? . I used to get upset if my abs didn't show in pics but now I know it's just simple physics. In the left picture there's an artificial light shining so bright that most shades dissapear???? on the right there's only natural light leaving room for shades which give that definition???????? . Whether or not your definition will show is all about the brightness and angle of the light source!!!????☀️ . Know that your body is beautiful in all lights, all shapes, all colors and just all everything! Own your body for it's the only one you'll ever have!❤ . Oh and for the caption obviouses; yes these are different pictures but they were taken at the same time of the day. I'm flexing in both and my pose is the same. As far as it's possible to stand exactly the same way though???? Sadly I don't have an assistant so I really did have to move myself to turn on that light???? ????????‍♀️ . Anyway, to all my lovely girls who think they need to be perfect all the time; YOU ALREADY ARE! A proposito di selfie perfetti, la luce ha un ruolo determinante e Imre Çeçen mostra come la stessa posa, immortalata “lo stesso giorno” dia risultati diversi a seconda se illuminata in maniera artificiale (a sinistra) o naturale (a destra). “Mi piace il mio corpo in tutte e due le immagini, allo stesso modo, semplicemente perché in entrambi sono il mio corpo ed entrambi sono belli”, commenta nella didascalia, invitando le donne a fare lo stesso.

A proposito di illuminazione migliore per i selfie, Privalia, l'outlet online di moda, suggerisce una luce naturale (minimizza difetti e instetismi), diffusa, possibilmente mai frontale (e naturalmente mai controluce). L'ora migliore? Alba e tramonto. 

Ab crack (e rotoli addominali)

"GOALS" VS "FATROLLS" ???? To anyone who calls me "goals" or "perfection" when they see that left picture or other pictures of me on insta: just know that if this left picture is your "goal" the right one should be too!!! Both me, both beautiful and only taken minutes apart. So this is actually GOALS VS GOALS!! ✨ . ????New video is up on my Youtube called "can you get rid of all skinfold & fatrolls?" If instagram was a river and you went fishing the main thing you'd catch would be "flattering pictures" & "flexed bodies"???????? Only avoid going to parties cause you're at home eating cinnamon rolls, not because of some silly fatrolls! . . If you wanna compare this holiday/party day with something they celebrate in your country too think of a day where; most people don't have to work, festivals are everywhere, so are drunk people and most people are partying???? ???? . ????Are we actually celebrating our kings birthday? Mah, we're just using it to get out of work and as an excuse to get drunk as early as possible???? ???? . Anyway, I'm not interested in kingsday at all since it used to be queensday???????? They changed it when we got a king but if someone doesn't like changes it's me???? Ever since I was a little girl I celebrated queensday. Obviously not by getting drunk???? Being drunk isn't required yet at age 3 ???? ???????? . In case you wonder what we wear on our special king/queens day; mainly orange which is our national color???????? Oh and also the colours of our flag???????? Or well, some people feel to cool for that shit but honestly what is a party without dressing up a little?????????‍♀️ Although I got offered free tickets for festivals I'll be spending the day inside & far away from all drunk people???? Accessori (gli occhiali), giusta angolazione, giusta luce e giusta espressione del viso: anche se in questi selfie Imre Çeçen non affronta il confronto, le immagini parlano per lei. Tanto per la cronaca: a proposito di angolazione per i selfie del viso, ci sono le regole non scritte “mai il telefono in basso” e "evita pose innaturali": lo smartphone deve stare un po' più in alto rispetto al viso così da dare profondità allo sguardo e scongiurare l'effetto doppio mento. A proposito di espressioni, ci sono diverse opzioni: fish gape - bocca socchiusa - e duck face, la smorfia a papero. Sfogliando i profili, però, il sorriso resta l'arma vincente.

 

Selfie di ieri, selfie di oggi

New blogpost is up; how to keep your waist small when bulking???? Direct link is in my bio! You'll also find my others posts about bulking and growing that booty???? . Anyway, found this left pic the other day and I remember was kinda shocked. I remember how happy I was when I took the pic that I looked so "skinny". There's nothing wrong with being skinny in general but in my case I just wasn't healthy . . At this point I'd been struggling with severe binge eating for months and I started to compensate more and more. How? By eating less and less???? I was barely eating anymore and after I got home from that holiday I decided it was enough. I couldn't go on like this anymore. That's when I started reading into bulking and instead of trying to lose weight I began fighting to gain weight! ???????? . Trust me, coming out of an eating disorder that shit was hard but it was also the best thing I've ever done! I went from being that girl who could barely leggpress 40kgs to the girl building up to 200kgs????????‍♀️ Physically I got stronger but that strength is nothing compared to how much stronger I got mentally! I started believing in myself more than I ever had! Obviously it wasn't all fun and games but I started to trust that I would be able to fight whatever came in my way ???????? . And no this isn't the same pose but that's also not what this pic is about for me???????? This picture shows my progress in a way that might not be visible to others but for me it is. This is me realising I've managed to get myself out of what was probably the lowest point in my life. This is me being stronger in every single way! Then again, where am I today whilst being so sick? Where am I after 2 months of barely being able to leave my house or eat? . . I was so scared to lose my "gains" or "strength" and well.. It feels like I lost it all. Then I realised; I did not lose that mental strenght! I am still a fighter no matter what! I've done this before so I can do it again! We're all so scared to lose our great bodies or physique but that's not what we should fear ???????? . The worst thing that can happen is you losing yourself???? And I didn't???????? I will be back stronger than ever!???????? Believe in yourself! ❤❤

I selfie che mettono a confronto la Imre Çeçen del passato, che soffre di disturbi alimentari, e la Imre Çeçen fitness blogger è indirizzato a tutte le donne che si guardano allo specchio con occhi sbagliati (a proposito leggi lo speciale sull'anoressia che serpeggia nei blog e nelle chat pro Ana). "Questa non è la stessa posa. - spiega - Questa mostra i miei progressi in un modo che potrebbe non essere visibile agli altri ma lo è per me è. Mi rendo conto di essere riuscita ad allontanarmi da quello che probabilmente era il punto più basso della mia vita. Questa sono io che sono più forte". Questa è la dimostrazione che oltre all'apparente perfezione c'è molto altro. 

Selfie? Questione di postura

????Spoiler alert???? I did not pull down my shorts, they are at the same height in all these pictures!! Look at the distance between my shorts and bellybutton???? IT'S ALL ABOUT POSTURE!! ✨ So how is this even possible? On the left picture I'm completely pushing my hips forwards and my back & shoulders are rounded. Due to this my boobs get pushed towards my belly button. Slouching is defenitely bad posture and can cause serious health issues! Honestly, I think this is how we all look coming out of the changing room when your mum forced you to try on something ridiculous???? ✨ "Natural" posture me is just chilling???? No weird pose, no overarching or slouching???????? Just standing proud an standing tall! I mean, look at that happy face! Standing like this takes me little to no effort but does force my core to engage???? ✨ Than we have posed me???????? No time to smile cause damn this pose is hard work???? Flexing my abs and arching that back so much we might as well turn it into a slide for them kids to play on???? Because of the arched back my abs are more visible and the distance between my shorts & sportsbra looks bigger . ✨ Since I've posted something similar before I know people are gonna say; "even when posing I look like the pic on the left"???? Let me tell you something THIS IS NOT ABOUT HAVING ABS OR A "THIGHGAP"???????? EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU LOOKS BETTER WITH PROPER POSTURE!! You go get the best out of YOUR body by OWNING it! Be proud!! ???? ✨ Look at left pic me???? Honestly, I kinda look like a serial killer who just layed eyes upon its next victim. Why? The rounded back & neck make it almost impossible to look up. ‼️BLOATING‼️ it happens to all of us and that's why so many fitness bloggers are sharing this with all their followers at the moment. Great and all but is bloating always as innocent as we think? NO!!???????? I don't want to scare you too much cause there are many silly and normal reason which cause this oh so famous "foodbaby" ???????????????? . Yet these pictures of mine were taken in the morning on an EMPTY stomach. This ain't no ordinary foodbaby????????I turned out to have a serious case of LGS. This can actually get you really sick and that's also what it did to me???? New blogpost is on my blog explaining what can be the "less serious" causes of your bloated belly but also the serious ones! + some tips to prevent bloating. Direct link is in my bio???? - - I'm feeling kinda mean now cause I know how happy everyone was getting from all those fitness bloggers sharing how normal a bloat is. Sorry to be your dream crusher but sometimes bloating can be an indicater of a quite serious digestive issue. No need to instantly run to your doctor when your tummy gets a bit bigger after a meal guys???????? Just read the post and figure out what causes your beloved "foodbaby". - - It's totally normal for your body (&belly) to change a bit during the day. You can't expect to eat and drink without getting a little "bigger". I mean everything consume has to go somewhere right? Don't get too fooled by what you see on instagram. As I said I had a severe case of LGS and also candida. (All explained in the post) This picture was on an empty stomach so after I'd eaten my tummy got even bigger and would hurt like hell. Yet even I could still suck it in! - - Don't think you should be embarrassed because of a tiny bloat! You might think all your "idols" don't have one because you never see it on their pictures. WAKE UP! Look at how bloated I am and yet still able to suck it in for a picture. Even us instagram weirdos who are believed to have super powers just because we have lots of followers are only human. We get bloated to, we have fatrolls or skinfolds and damn do I look ugly most of the time???????? - - Be proud of who you are! You are beautiful, amazing and stronger than you might think! Go get it!!❤

????BINGE EATING???? When I first shared my binge eating history with you guys it kinda shared the shit out of me. I'd never really heard others talk about it. I felt like I was the only one eating ridiculous amounts of food till I felt like throwing up???? To then "compensate" the days after by starving myself???? I still shared it though cause I think it's nothing to be embarrassed about. We all have our own struggles! ✨ I am proud of who I am today???? But I am also proud of who I used to be. cause that's what turned me into who I am now. Your struggles don't define you but they definitely shape you! Let them shape you into someone beautiful, someone strong!???????? ✨ Over the past weeks I've gotten so many messages from girls and women all over the world who struggle with the same thing! That's when I realized we're never alone in anything! I set up a closed facebook group for these lovely ladies in which they share their difficult moments but also their victories!???? So proud of these beautiful women!! If you struggle with serious binge eating too you are more than welcome to join this group! I did hang above my toilet for hours cause I felt so sick but I never really threw up. ⚫️At the moment I'm not bingeing anymore but I do stress eat a bit from time to time???? But it doesn't come close to my binges at all. ⚫️I am not tracking my calorie intake at the moment. Also when I do track I'm not very strict. ⚫️No my current health situation has nothing to do with me starving myself or my binge eating history. I recently got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but I've been having all those symptoms for over 10 years now. Way before my binge eating period. ✨ ✨ Just know that you can change your life!
